Elizabeth leads CustomersFirst Now’s (CFN) Software as a Service (SaaS) practice. Delighting customers, and tying their delight to financial metrics, is a career passion, honed over 20 years as a customer experience leader and strategy consultant.

Prior to CFN, Elizabeth was the Chief Customer Officer of Series D funded SaaS company, Infusionsoft, where she led the on-boarding, consulting, support, customer success and customer experience teams to deliver a delightful, end-to-end experience for customers. Challenged with decreased customer retention, Elizabeth partnered with CFN to prioritize and execute on customer experience improvements. As a result, the company experience a 35% increase in customer retention within 9 months.

Prior to joining Infusionsoft, Elizabeth founded Growth Choice Enterprises, a growth consulting, coaching and training company specializing in small businesses between $5-$50M in revenue. She oversaw new business initiatives at Intuit, where she served as Director of Product Management, and spent several years as a senior associate at McKinsey & Company. Elizabeth has an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Strategy from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from University of California, San Diego, CA.

Elizabeth lives in La Jolla, CA and is an enthusiastic traveler.
