Thank you for signing up for the CFN Insight™ 15-day trial. Our software can help you easily build robust journey maps, as well as quickly drive change that will improve your customer experience by actively managing touchpoints, owners, and action scorecards.
1. Schedule a demo to get the most out of this trial. A Customer Care representive will give you a quick walkthrough of how to start and manage your maps!
2. Modify the sample maps.
You will see two sample maps in My Journey Maps tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
CFN Standard Map – that has some common touchpoints already created for you
CFN Standard Spine – this gives you the first two levels of a map so then all you have to do is add your customer touchpoints
3. Create your own map!
